Our story
A neighborhood with a soul
Misterbianco was born from a family story, from deep roots, and from the conviction that a neighborhood should be far more than a set of lots.
The origin of the name
How Misterbianco was born
Some places are born from a plan.
And some places are born from a story.
Misterbianco is much more than a neighborhood. It is a tribute, a legacy, and a way of keeping a part of our family alive.
Its name comes from Misterbianco, a small town in Sicily, Italy, where my maternal great-grandmother, Agatina Finocchiaro, was born. A woman of firm values — of work, of family, and of an immense love for her own.
Among all those bonds, there was a very special one: the deep affection she felt for my father. A bond that left indelible marks and carried across generations.
When the time came to give this project an identity, we understood that the name could not be chosen at random. It had to represent our roots, our history, and what inspires us each day.
That is how Misterbianco was born.
A neighborhood meant to build far more than houses. A place where families can create memories, share moments, grow, and plan their future — just as those before us did.
Every street, every tree planted, every work completed, and every new neighbor who arrives is part of a story that keeps being written, day by day.
Because we believe that the best places to live are those that have a soul.
And the soul of Misterbianco is made of love, effort, family, and dreams.
You choose to belong.
— The Misterbianco family
Vision
To be the leading residential neighborhood of southern Maipú, recognized for its integration with nature, its orderly and sustainable growth, and for a community where families find quality of life, tranquility, and a sense of belonging.
We aspire that, in the coming decades, Misterbianco will be known not only for its services and infrastructure, but for the values that gave it life: love for family, respect for the surroundings, and lasting bonds between neighbors.
Mission
To develop and manage a residential neighborhood that combines urban planning, nature, and community — creating safe, harmonious spaces where families can live, grow, and enjoy every stage of their lives.
We work every day with a long-term view, managing the neighborhood as if it were our own home, because those who drive it remain present, committed, and close to every decision.
In 20 years
The vision at 20 years
We imagine tree-lined streets where children play with freedom and safety.
We imagine families walking the neighborhood paths while enjoying the view of the Andes and the sunsets so characteristic of Mendoza.
We imagine neighbors who know each other by name, who share common spaces, and who find in Misterbianco much more than a property.
We imagine a plaza full of life, a Club House that brings people together, and a setting where nature remains the protagonist.
And, above all, we imagine that everyone who visits Misterbianco senses something that cannot always be put into words: that this neighborhood was conceived and built with love, commitment, and care by a family that chose to leave a legacy for the generations to come.
Misterbianco does not aim to be the biggest neighborhood. It aims to be the place where the most families want to build their story.
Choose to belong
When you choose Misterbianco, you don’t just choose a place to live. We invite you to be part of this story.
